So my boyfriend is active duty military (coast guard) and we’re both in school right now. So with his current contract, he goes to school but then during the breaks he goes wherever they send him. We’ve only been dating for two months, so not a super long time, but Christmas break is coming up and he’s most likely going to be sent somewhere for the whole break. I’m really nervous about it because I know I’m going to miss him and it’ll be hard for me. So I’m just seeking some advice on how to prepare or deal with distance to make it just a little bit easier.
