Boyfriend works away

me and my boyfriend have been getting serious lately and i must say i am falling deeply in love.

My boyfriend is an engineer and he works off shore. So he is away a lot of the time. We don’t live together. and i work away from home too because i’m a flight attendant. i love that we balance eachother out in that way but i do feel like in a way it handicapps some progress in our relationship at times.

What are some good ways to cope with being away from him so much ? it’s so tough
