Trying to plan my wedding but can’t decide on a location.

Our options are: Bay Area, SoCal or Hawaii

Me and my fiancé are originally from the Bay Area but have been living in Southern California for 8 years now. We don’t have a lot of friends so it’ll be mostly just family attending. All of our family lives in the Bay Area. If we decide on Hawaii it will be most likely just my family attending. But 4 of us in my family just had babies in 2018 (me being one of them, currently with a 3 month old) so I don’t know who will actually be able to make it if we choose Hawaii.

My fiancé said the decision is entirely up to me which actually makes it a lot harder for me to decide!
