Sleeping issues
I need some help! I am seriously sleep deprived at the minute, waking up multiple times in the night and feeling incredibly tired throughout the day. Sometimes it is to have a wee, but more often it is just seems to be adjusting positions and feeling super awake and disrupted when I do. I don't have the option to nap as I am at work. I already have a pregnancy pillow and use a little bit of Sleepy lavender body lotion. Glass of milk at night is no good as I am lactose intolerant. Calming music/affirmations help a bit but not enough. Has anyone else fought the sleepless beast and won? My husband will also be very grateful, as he is being kept up as well!
