Insurance “free” breast pump dilemma
So I called my insurance for information on how to get the so-called “free breast pump”, but because I am a WIC participant they had me contact them instead so I went ahead and did that but they told me that the only way they can give me a breast pump is if I am only breast-feeding meaning I’m not going to be formula feeding my baby. I am planning of breast-feeding, however, I would also like to keep the option of formula feeding open just incase. So now, I know I won’t be receiving the free pump through them 😑
My question to you mamas reading this is, did any of you go through this? Did the hospital provide you with a pump instead?
Thank you in advance
