Scared...i am very scared

So today i got a call from da lady who did my ultra sound and she said that my blood work came back positive for spina bifida. But she also said that she didn’t see anything wrong with his spin when she did my ultra sound. She also said that she wasn’t really worried because she didn’t see anything wrong and that most likely is a false negative but they still want me to come in December 13 for a type 2 ultra sound. I’m so scared. I just want to know if my little boy is okay..
