Period pain

So I started my period yesterday and I have PCOS and I'm having a lot of ovary pain on my right side its going into my back and down my leg. I'm not sure if I should go to the ER because I don't want to sit there for like 4 hours just for them to tell me to take ibuprofen and go home because ibuprofen doesn't work. I'm not really sure which way to go with this. Would you go to the ER?
