A TRUE positive???!!! *UPDATE!*

You guys... it's the real deal!

I took another test this morning, and it was a solid positive!!!

We are over the moon! And a little nervous as first time parents. Ha ha!

I just wanted to say thank you for all the support and feedback. To those ladies out there still trying, don't give up! And know you have a safe place here if you ever need to vent. Baby dust and love!

Before you jump on the wagon and tell me "YES! YES! YES!" I need a little help and advice.

I am worried I tested too early.

I had an

IUI

. Accompanying that, I had to have an HCG shot. This happened on the 13th.

I was told that there was a very high chance of getting a false positive because of the shot. So I needed to wait at least 14 days to test.

Well... I tested this morning...and got this...!!!

That looks like a very solid positive to me! But is it too good to be true? Did I test too early because I tested today? Should I wait longer?

My husband and I are in debate as to whether or not this is a real positive or just the shot tripping us up. I'm not sure either of us believe this is real...please help! How long does HCG really stay in your system? Did I test too soon, or is this really the real deal!?!?
