When did you baby get their first cold?

My baby was born late spring, so she didn't get sick at all since it was summer and low risk. Then she got a little sneeze and cough at 4 months old around fall time.

I have a two year old who I swear hasn’t been healthy since she started daycare in September so my youngest has had 3 colds now from her bring them home to share with everyone

6 months almost to the day. Works well because he has his 6 month checkup today, so we can ask about ways to help him. There is almost nothing medicine wise for a cough / congestion for a kid so little. My SIL is a PA and she said it’s tough to find ways to help them at this age. Even her two year old has limited options.

Our daughter is 13 months and still has never had a cold. 🙌🏾 I think it just depends. I know people whose babies get them at three months, some at six months, and some like our daughter.

My son got his first one at 2 months old and that was because my cousins two kids had a cold and gave it to him.

He was a year old before he got his first one. We got really lucky. Have two older kids in school.
