Breastfeeding a 5 month old- period like cramping for over a week but no period?

The only thing I’ve been able to associate this with is possible pregnancy (this is how I found out I was preggers with my 2nd). I’ve taken 3 hpt’s, first one had a vvvvfl, but the other two were negative (took the other two 1-2 days later). Still have fairly consistent cramping but no period or spotting (my period actually hasn’t returned yet pp). Thoughts? Wait to take another test or chalk it up to something else?
