Teething? 8 weeks

My child is only 8 weeks, but has been extremely fussy. It looks like he may have a tooth starting to come through. 
We have an appt for vaccines on Thursday, is it worth moving up? My mother thinks this is a canker sore.

Usually the bottom front teeth are the first to come in. It’s not impossible that they get teeth in different order but it’s more than likely not a tooth. 
If he’s still eating, I’d just keep your Thursday appointment. If he’s refusing bottles/breastfeeding, than try to get an earlier one.

Looks like an Epstein pearl, they are very common. The bottom front teeth are usually the first to come in.
