It is totally normal, happens as s result of many things as uterus stretches,  even dehydration can make it worse so its important to keep hydrated.  If you're concerned it doesn't hurt 2 call the dr.

Cramping is completely normal. With the rise of hormones some of them (like prostaglandins) cause uterine/pelvic muscles to contract and relax. Also have a look into Round Ligament Pains.

I've been feel I g really crampy and achy the last few days. I'm almost 20 weeks. Sometimes the throbbing makes me feel sick. Midwife said it's because everything is growing, stretching and moving. Feeling rubbish 😥
