Blood test results

So I miscarried about 3-4 weeks ago w our first.... The past several days I have been having stabbing pains in my breasts and nautious in the car and eating a lot more not even really noticing... We have had sex quite a bit DR said it was ok as long as we were careful we use the pull out method because I get infections w condoms could I be pregnant w the pull out method I get blood tests results tmrw they were.mainly checking my progester level to see if they were low.... HELP!!!... Waiting is awful
