Should I try geritol again after MC?

I’m 24 and got pregnant my first cycle with geritol.. unfortunately i miscarrried around 6 weeks..(baby was measuring 4 weeks when I miscarried) I had a natural miscarriage about a week and a half ago.. when I try again should I use geritol or just stick to prenatals? I’m scared to lose a baby again since it took me so long to get pregnant.. I have my first obgyn appointment in a few days since my MC.
