What to add on baby registry

I’m a new mom and I have no idea what to add on baby registry. Please help!

I went through and registered on Amazon. They had a checklist of everything to add.  Some things were a little ridiculous but it was fun to see what what things they think you need. Once your done and someone ordereds something for $10 or so they send you a welcome kit. I'm due with my first in April so I have plenty of time. We have also been buying a lot of things for half the price at the second hand stores to save money.

Sleepers- all sizes
DIAPERS - all sizes
Lots of wipes
(or if you are going natural - cloth diapers)
baby lounger like SnuggleMe organic- highly recommend!
Hygiene things - i like tubbytodd
Baby bath
Mamaroo or some type of rocker/swing
Sound machine
Pacifiers if you want (I recommend ecopiggy - they are amazing and all natural)
Baby socks
Swaddles 
Depending when you are due - look at weather appropriate items like colder weather jacket during a certain age - beanie.. etc.
Blankets 
Baby sling -wildbird and/or baby carrier like happybaby or great gifts to get
Bottles - comotomo are my fav
Bottle cleaner
Target gift cards

I've never done a registry, but one thing I always never seemed to have enough of is onsies. Specifically white. I get a few from friends, but they get dirty and stained up in no time. 
I'd ask for nice onsies for going out and showing off. And diffrent sizes. Lol you don't want 100 0-3m outfits. I like to ask for 6-12m range bc they go thru so fast!

Baby lotion, baby shampoo kit , baby bath tub,  bottle cleaners , bibs., bottles , diapers and diapers and wipes and wipes.
Baby care kit, comes with nose suction ,thermometer     , nail clippers etc 
Burp rags,  baby cam ,
