Did I miscarry help !!!!!

Okay so my periods are literally on the same day every month and If the move it’s only forward a day or back a day I don’t have heavy bleeding ever and I’ve been very nauseous all week first day of my last period was oct 28 and I started my period 3 days early which was kinda weird but whatever the first day I had mild cramps which I only get every couple of months went through 4 super tampons in one day little heavier than usual then the second day I bled through a super tampon into my panties in 5 hours has never happen and a super at that took it out 45 minutes later the same thing happened completely soaked through my panties and a gold ball size blood clot came out and now I’m still bleeding but nothing compared to that or the first day I went to the er and they were busy but not crazy they didn’t even check my temperature or bring me to a room they just gave me a $1 pregnancy test which came back negative and I got a slight positive test the other day and I even requested blood work and an ultra sound they refused and my DH and I have been trying to conceive for The past 4 months.. but how would I still even get a positive test if I passed the baby already
