What Can I Do?! *HELP*

I am 20 weeks pregnant or so & have a daughter, I Just got out of an abusive relationship with their dad & just found out he stole my daughter Social Security Card & I Need it for upcoming appointments she has but he won't give it back! 
What can I do?

Go to the social security office and tell them. You should be able to replace it.

Report it to social security and make sure that he hasnt committed fraud with her social.
