Was I wrong for this?

My boyfriend of 4 years has a history of prescription drug abuse. He let me use his phone the other day and when he was in the bathroom i went on his messenger because apart of me is always paranoid that he is using again. Well I noticed that he said “what’s up” to a girl around our age and I clicked on the messages and found our he was talking about smoking pot with her (I’m okay with that part) but then asked for 2 Xanax.

I’m feeling guilty for looking at this message. Was this wrong of me?
