So I'm new to this and it's our first month trying I was ovulating last week so I'm wondering if it's too soon can you guys help? I will be taking a few more tests later today and again tomorrow morning just to be sure 😁

Definitely top soon. It generally takes 6 to 12 days for your egg to implant and then a few additional days for Hcg to build up to a detectable level. 
Digital tests also require a higher level of hcg to register as pregnant. I'd advise using a non digital, pink dye test (as blue dye tests are also notorious for giving evap lines)

I would use any pink dye test because there is a lot of problems with blue dye like evap & false positives. & yes probably way too early I'd wait another week & start testing!! God bless you i hope you're pregnant!!

I've just properly counted and it's actually been 11 days I've also had symptoms such as tenderness in my breaths and feeling nauseated also I feel like I can smell everything lol which is doing my nut in 😋 but I'm going to go out and get first response pregnancy test which uses a pink dye and I'll test again at the end of the week but thanks ladies for your help 😁
