I use mint.com! Try it! They have and app and they were made by intuit (the same people who make turbo tax) they access any of your accounts you want, help you set up budgets and show you how you can save even more every month! I love it!!

I want to know what jobs y'all have to have over $2000 leftover after bills/etc!

I started planning out all our meals for the week because genarally that's where we spend the most money other then bills . I'm proud to say that today I spent 43 dollars on groceries for my family of three .. We usually spend anywhere from 120-150 .

Here's a break-down of our budget if its helpful:

Rent - 1000
Phone/internet - 140
Student loans - 480
Car gasoline - 85
Groceries - 200
Other essentials - 100 (clothes, cleaning supplies, etc)
That's a total of about $2105 of spending each month. Extra stuff we spend on might be dinner out, games, save for weekend away, and similar. Generally end up with a hundred or so in savings after that. We have learned to live within our means; we are very lucky!
