I took this yday at 10dpo but blood test came back negative. Thoughts? Can I still be pregnant?

My first guess would be that your hcg just isn't high enough yet, probably bc implantation may have just happened and the blood test can't pick it up quite yet. I've heard of that happening multiple times. Try testing again in 3-4 days with an hpt and if it's a stronger positive, try taking a blood test again.
