Turning 3 months dec. 3

So she’s about to turn 3 months December 3rd And she doesn’t seem to interested of things dingling above her head... she’ll eventually move her hands to hit it but i don’t think she gets it yet that it’s toys and it’s fun to interact with it? Also on tummy time she’s doing well with lifting her body up however not really rolling over yet ... this is my first child so I’m confused on what she should be doing around this time and what is way to advance for her age? Any advice... also i know that each child moves at their on pace I’m just a little curious about the “norm”. Thank you any advice or info helps!
