I'm breast feeding and pumping and bottle feeding and we had a long day at a family member for a birthday party and I had forgot my pump so I didn't empty my boobs all day and now I have no milk I'll pump for 25 minutes and only get an ounce combined from both boobs and my son just had the last of the milk I had stored in the fridge so we had to go out and buy formula it's only been a day so if I take fenugreek and try lactation cookies will it come back in?!
