I need help I’m tired of my job

So I’m 23 years old and I’m a CNA I been a CNA for almost a year and it’s hard work I’m tired of coming home with back aches and always tired for being under payed .. I want to go back to school but I’m not sure for what ?? I wanted to do LVN but I don’t think the medical field is for me it’s stressful and I don’t think it’s for me I’m doing cna for now because I need to be working I make okay checks when I put in over time .. what jobs would u ladies suggested ? Because going back to school is what I want to do any suggestions or any ladies in the same boat ?😭
