Baby shower after baby is born?

Is anybody having a baby shower after the baby is born?

Answer

Not really doing any shower thingy. I will only allow people I'm really close to (and who I will actually want around me) to visit after the baby is born and if they want to bring a pressie, all the better :) But not expecting anything and most definitely not doing any sort of 'registering'.

I just went to one because the baby came early. It was really great because we all got to see her. Also, it was a couples shower and everyone brought their kids.

We hD one after my son was born because I preferred to have a meet the family party and not be the full on centre of attention, we waited till my son was vaccinated too.
