Best foundation for dry, sensitive face?

I've tried Urban Decay Naked, Pur, MAC... so far, I like the liquid from BareMinerals. Any suggestions?? 
Also, how do I fix my dark circles? I'm only 21 :(

INVEST in a good primer. You can be breaking out from using a shitty primer. Use a primer that has good ingredients. For foundation I would recommend NARS

I recently bought myself a new, high-end foundation (the MILK makeup one) from Sephora, and I strongly recommend that one. on the package, its claims are full-coverage and matte. it is definitely full coverage, but I think the finish is more on the dewy side. I needed a new foundation for the winter-time, because my skin gets so dry from the cold air and any true matte will cling to literally EVERY part of my face. not cute. also, make sure to use a hydrating toner before you moisturize. that seems to help me a lot. after you moisturize, use either a face oil to prime or any hydrating primer. I’m stepping up my skin care lately, and that also is seeming to help with my dry skin issues. good luck!

Use a very hydrating primer like an oil like the farsali, and make sure you’re moisturizing your first very well before using any foundation. & for you dark circles you can color correct or use the tart shape tape.
