Geritol twice in one day🤔

I've been taking Geritol pills since Nov 9th everyday . ( i wasnt ttc last cycle) AF just came and I wanted to switch to the liquid for this cycle starting cd1. I took a pill earlier around 11 a.m( before AF came) . is it safe to take a tea spoon of liquid tonight as well ? Then start one teaspoon a day for the rest of this cycle up until ovulation
