am I pregnant???

hi everyone :-) need some advice please. I'm 3 days late for my period but yesterday I had a tiny bit of blood and some discharge, haven't had any bleeding since. my stomach is really swollen and Im feeling nauseous. I did a test this morning but it was negative. does this sound like I could be pregnant or am I overreacting? I'm going to do another test in a few days if I still haven't started my period. would my belly be bloated already if I am pregrant?? so many questions! lol hope someone can give me some advice :-) thanks! xx
