Kidney infection and 6 weeks pregnant

I have a kidney infection from antibitocis not helping when I only had a UTI . I got IV antibiotics on Thursday and I’m on 500 mg Keflex 4x a day It’s day 5 and I still feel chills.. has anyone dealt with this type of infection during pregnancy? The doctors say it’s too early to tell for baby and OBGYN say the same..
