He chews on his hands all the time he just turned 5 months

Does he have it anywhere else? I would only worry if he has a similar rash on his other hands, feet, and/or mouth because then he might have hand foot mouth.

My son had this from chewing on his hands constantly and I use aquafor ( complete safe for hands and face etc for them to chew on ) it has completely disappeared and he chews constantly I use it once a day usually before bed so it has time to sit

Even if it is hand foot mouth, that sucks but it’s pretty harmless.
