Early pregnancy sign???

Question

Does anyone know if white thick discharge is an early sign for pregnancy? We’ve been trying to conceive for about 3 months now! I figured it’ll be hormonal of course but my AF isn’t due until next week.

I know this probably isn't what you want to hear but I wish in the 7 months spent TTCing and a miscarriage someone would have told me this. The two week wait is TORTURE if for any reason that literally every late cycle symptom is also an early pregnancy symptom. Every cycle I had different symptoms and would tell myself "This is it! This is the one!" I'd gwt psyched up and then my BBT would plummet and AF would show up. Thick discharge, sore boobs, fatigue, nausea, hot flashes, you name it. It was different every time and questioning those symptoms just stressed me out more. 
The only thing that was different the cycle I got pregnant is I didn't track anything and we only had sex when we BOTH wanted to. I put all that energy I had been putting into tracking symptoms and redirected that into mindfulness exercises and telling myself that whatever happens will happen. I know that's a tad cliche and without a doubt easier said than done.

CM tells you nothing about pregnancy. Only ovulation.
