Positive test

I have been off birth control for 7 months and never got my period back. Went to doctor to try and get it back in September. They gave me progesterone and I had a natural period in October for the first time in a year. Well, I was waiting for it in November to come back naturally but didn’t . Took a pregnancy test and it had two lines!! I’ve never been pregnant before!! How accurate are these things?
