Some of you asked me to update you guys

~~So last month I ended up getting my yearly physical and the past few ( maybe 4-5) months my period was heavy but I didn't pay it any mind because the color was normal and not odd. But my doctor did an iron check and asked were my periods heavy and I told her yes, she said it's because my iron was so low. The past month I've been taking 800mg a day and my period is super light now.

This may help some of you,not may not but ladies be more aware.
