Does anyone know about the hook affect in pregnancy?

I recently had a tubal pregnancy and had to get 2 shots of methotrexate which worked and now I have all the pregnancy symptoms but no positive blood or urine tests and no way to get my doctor to really pay attention to me 😭

I can’t find anywhere what methotrexate would cause to my next pregnancy I would be about 9 weeks pregnant and I’m currently bleeding not heavy and not bright red but light spotting and some cramping I have no doctor help in this situation and I don’t know what to do!

My sister-in-law has a pregnancy similar where her baby only showed on one test and that was for the doctors visit but never again after that only in ultrasounds but I can’t get them to give me an ultrasound! Someone please help if you have dealt with this!

I had implantation bleeding 14 days after ovulation

I’ve had nausea plus vomiting

Frequent urination

Very sore crampy boobs and itchy nipples

I constantly feel like I’m so bloated I can’t breathe

I have the same symptoms as my first pregnancy but also some new and different ones
