Husbands semen analysis test

So my husband and I got the result from his semen analysis on Monday. It was highly abnormal. Rare motility with volume of 2.3mL. We have been referred to a Urologist who specializes in infertility and is the best in our area. His appointment is December 19th but there is something in me that is saying have another semen analysis done at a different fertility clinic just to have a second look. Has anyone else been through this or done a second semen analysis and had different/better results?
