Anyone know how to read ultrasounds ? Tech was rude to me and wouldn’t say anything. Made mistake of going to er for spotting.

They aren’t allowed to tell you anything that’s why. Only dr can tell you results.

Ultrasound techs aren’t typically allowed (legally allowed) to say anything. That’s the doctors responsibility. When I went to the ER for my MC the ultrasound tech didn’t say anything to me either, it was the doctor that confirmed there was no longer a heartbeat. I will say the fact that you got a pic on your phone is something. I couldn’t even get that when I went for bleeding. I had a great tech though. She told me straight up that she wasn’t supposed to say anything, but she was also pregnant and could see how scared I was and felt bad. So she told me baby was fine and let me see him and listen to his heartbeat. I’m pretty sure she only told me because it was good news. If it had been bad she would’ve waited. 
As far as your ultrasound, I don’t see a fetal pole in any of them. The bottom could be gestational sac? It’s hard to tell.

I’m curious about if everywhere techs aren’t allowed to say anything. My ultrasound tech at my anatomy scan told me everything looked great, and then my dr confirmed everything looked great.

I learned if you go to the ER, they can’t tell you anything while doing the ultrasound (I wasn’t even allowed to look) and they can’t give you a copy either. I think it’s to prevent people from coming to the ER just to get copies of ultrasounds.
