I had my first ultrasound today, the news was heartbreaking. By LMP, I am 8 weeks 3 days, but there is only sac no fetus. The doctor thought it is a miscarriage, and already talked to me about the D&C procedure. I just can’t believe this as I don’t have any miscarriage symptoms, no bleeding or spotting at all since the beginning. I scheduled another ultrasound next week to compare. But not sure if anything will change...
