Can someone help?

Got tested for a UTI and I had one, i get them often cause I barely learned to pee right after sex..I was scared if having an STD cause it burned but i didnt have insurance at the time to get tested and now i do and am getting tested..tomorrow or sometime this week i get tested for HIV/ syphillis etc, (the ones they check through blood) and gonnorea and chlamydia cause i was sexually active with a few guys.. my question is, If i got tested for a UTI and it was an STD would it show i had a UTI but it actually was an STD? They kept the Urine to test it but im scared cause I mean who wouldn't be? I got with my fiancé 9 months ago, I got UTIs and was scared about STIs and STDs and asked him if he felt okay and he said in the time we been together he hasn't had symptoms..and i know alot of times people dont get them but I tend to overthink alot of stuff..can someone answer my question so i can be at ease?
