So back in September I removed my own mirena had my spotting removal. My 1st period since being off it was this month. I bd the 22nd and 25-26 early monring sorry tmi. I had clear discharge on Sunday through Monday early morning. Now today being the 28th I'm feeling crampy but not painful and (sorry another tmi coming) white milky substance thats thick looking but smooth. Idk how else to explain it. Just curious how the heck do I know if its past my ovulation...

Its almost been 4 yrs sons bday is tomorrow the 29th and I never knew I was pregnant until I was 2 months.
