I swear my belly and ab muscles hurt so bad cause I wore a dress Monday with no support on my belly. It hurts to toss and turn in bed and it hurts to stand up and walk around wore my maternity pants yesterday with belly support I mentioned it to my doctor Tuesday morning and she wasn’t concerned I know our bellies are heavy now but holy cow has this happened to anyone ? My pjs I wear nightgowns but not worried with that as Jm just laying down but man I didn’t realize how important belly support is
