Pain at the top of bump

Just curious if anyone else has experienced pain at the top of their bump? Mainly central, although slightly to the right too. I've had it all morning, but it gets to the point where's it's making me nauseous then eases off slightly.

I'm currently 24+3, unable to get ahold of my midwife or doctor, so thought I'd ask here whilst waiting on a call back.
