So I’ve been for my first ultrasound today. My yolk sac is 20mm which is a normal size for almost 8 weeks, however baby is only 3.7mm which is around the 6 week mark. She couldn’t find any heartbeat. Anyone else had anything like this? My thoughts are baby has stopped growing for whatever reason and my body just hasn’t read the signs yet 😔 I can’t help but feel like I’m just waiting to miscarriage now.

She did also say she thought there maybe a second yolk sac, but no embryo.
