Im sick and need your help!

Has anyone gotten pregnant while they were sick? Im pretty congested coughing ect like strep throat.. do we still have a good chance of getting pregnant this month? Compaired to last month ive barely experienced and ovulation cramps ect.. but i know for fact i ovulated because i used tests to track.. infact it was before i got sick a couple days ago and it was one of the darkest strongest opk results ive ever gotten..
