ovulation and bbt
How reliable is only observing cervical mucous and doing bbt for determining ovulation? My cycles are irregular and I find doing OPKs expensive and frustrating. This is my chart for this cycle so far. Is it safe to say that I ovulated on the 24th, just based off of those two things? Thanks everyone!!
