Pregnancy acne help?

I have never had a problem with acne before and I haven’t changed up my skin care routine at all. Now my little girl is making me break out like crazy!! Especially near my chin. What can I do to help this? I feel like most acne creams are not an option. Anyone else have this problem?

I’ve been using witch hazel cleansing pads twice a day and that is really helping to control the breakouts! I also try to not wear makeup everyday! So hard from having no breakouts to having them all of the time!

Same here! I am 35 years old and never ever had an issue with acne or breakouts. This is also not my first pregnancy but the first time breakouts have been an issue during pregnancy. My chin has been a problem area and I've tried several different washes, I also loomed up some natural remedies but the only thing that seemed to help was also a facial cleanser that badly dried out my skin to the point it was very red and peeling. So I stopped using it and now have yet another pimple.

Same here my skin has not broke out like this since I was a teenager! I’ve tried a lot of different products and routines while being pregnant and tbh there is nothing out there that really helps. I think we’re going to have to deal with this teenager skin until the end of our pregnancies😭

For me what are helping is washing my morning and night and then moisturize. And I'm not using foundation anymore

I had this last pregnancy with my daughter and used Rodan and Fields Unblemish. I don’t sell it but if you know someone who does you could try that! It really helped me- I had it really bad on my back and it cleared it up.

I have the same issue... Unfortunately there's not much you can do because it's all just hormonal. Just try to make sure you're not clogging your pores, so it doesn't aggravate your skin more.
