Best bag for 2 kids?

Any recommendations on what diaper bag or backpack I should get for two kids? We have an Eddie Bauer one that is packed full every time we go somewhere.

I have 2 bags. One is a small crossbody with just changing gear. The regular bag has everything else. That way if I need to go change the baby, I can just take the small bag and wear it instead of putting it down somewhere gross.

I did a bunch of research and just bought the JuJuBe BFF for my twins (due April) because I prefer the backpack style diaper bag for every day use. I found some great YouTube videos on the best ways to pack the diaper bag in order to get the most use out of the space!! 
I also registered for the SkipHop Duo Double Signature diaper bag as an extra tote for long day trips or overnight trips to visit family, etc. 🙂
