I’m so fricking frustrated. I posted yesterday about does it count as spotting if it doesn’t make it to your undies and well it’s turned into pretty heavy spotting. I think I’m getting another period!! For 5 months I had a “period” every two weeks and didn’t ovulate and I FINALLY ovulated last month. I was hoping it would be the same this month but it doesn’t look like it 😫. If anybody has any tips on how to regulate your cycle please let me know.
