I take vitex! I had super off periods and hardly ever ovulated! Now after taking it my periods come on time and I ovulate every month 😊 good luck!!

I will most likely be starting a cycle for IUI with Leterzol if I get my next period would this be "worth" taking alongside any input would be appreciated
