Help! 😬 35 weeks and early labor?

Anyone else have signs of early labor or delivered a happy healthy baby in their 35th week?
Excited to meet our LO but worrying at the same time!

I didn’t go into early labor but I was having very strong contractions that started at 32 weeks & my doctor decided my daughter would benefit a lot more on the outside than in my belly. I was delivered at 34+3. My daughter, Orion Everleigh, weighed 4 pounds 0 ounces 15.36 inches. She needed 80% oxygen for only the first hour after she was born. She was on a c-pap machine pushing 21% oxygen, which is exactly the percentage of oxygen we breathe, for 2 days & she had a lipids (fats) & glucose (sugar) IV for 4 days. Besides any of that she was perfectly healthy. She remained in the NICU only because she was so tiny.

I had my oldest at 34 weeks, 6lb 9oz. No breathing problems, just spent 6 days in nicu to learn to eat❤️

I’m a labor and delivery nurse and where I work any baby under 36w immediately goes to the NICU. Just because you’re having signs doesn’t means labor is anywhere near.
