Meds vs No meds TTC
I am getting really anxious month after month while TTC. I don’t have a history of anxiety but this has sent me through the roof. I don’t have panic attacks but I have insomnia and constant yeast infections from stress. I am wondering if the stress is stopping me from getting pregnant and if the meds would help? Was trying to avoid them and use my therapist but not sure if it would be more beneficial to be on them
